请问TLC274BIDR和TLC274BIDRG4这两种有什么区别？经过查证买的芯片都是正品，但有一个G4的后标，现在出问题的都是这个带G4的芯片，没出问题的都是不带G4的，所以想问下区别，电路供电为5V单电源。
