式样书中写“file1”回路输出上拉，实现的是“线或”逻辑；但在我看来，根据式样书中的逻辑真值表“file2”，如果两路输入一路输入为“0”，一路输出为“1”时，输出不应该是“0”吗？这不是线与逻辑吗？怎么会是线或逻辑呢？
我也看是线与逻辑, 难道是手册写错啦? 不知道哪里的手册
