无源滤波器设计求救

我现在用filtersolution设计一个低通滤波器你，用Tina仿真，仿真出来3DB截止频率大约为1.6M，但我实际焊出来，用信号源输入信号，逐渐增大频率，发现3dB截止频率只有0.1M，之前设计好几个都是这样，实际焊出来和仿真相差极大，请问这是为什么？设计这种无源滤波器时有什么需要特别注意的？
