VCA821输出摆幅不够

看手册上，在正负5V供电情况下，貌似能到3.3V的输出。

我搭的821是10倍的放大，电阻选值和手册略有区别。80改成了75，402改成了390，其它一致。

电源是自己用TPS5430做了一个正负5给821供电（正电压大概4.85，负电压-5），然后发现输出到2.2V左右就开始出现削顶现象了，这是为什么呢？求助各位大神。
