请问，在电路设计中，运算放大器都存在输入失调电压，导致在输入为零的情况下输出不为零，但是在一些应用中我关心的是输入变化的情况下输出电压的电压差，而不是其绝对值，那我还是不是必须要把运放调零呢？
输入失调电压是个直流量，如果您的被测信号中含有直流分量并且也关心这个直流量的话，需要通过调零措施消除这个影响。
如果您只关心信号中的交流成分，那么可以在输入输出部分增加交流耦合电路，将其消除即可。
