关于LMH6626的SPICE模型问题

我在官网下载了LMH6626的spice仿真模型,发现里面只有LMH6624的模型文件。 但是LMH6624和LMH6626的噪声参数不同。问下哪里可以找到LMH6626的spice模型。

  • TI 很多spice model都是.txt的文件。 我们可以通过PSpice Model Editor编辑器创造一个Pspice model然后把它导入到TINA中。 具体步骤可以参考这篇应用手册:

    您可以下载安装一个Orcad PSD,按照我上面给您的文档中介绍的步骤,使用LMH6626.txt 创建一个Pspice model。
