利用 LM331 搭建V-F转换电路，按照手册的图连接。可是电压输出恒为0，这是为什么？
这是颗非常经典的VF，如果电路连接无误，只有输入超出了VF下限才会引起这个现象。
建议亲再仔细查一下IC电源是否正常，元件是否开路或短路。
然后再核查一下331
工作范围是否包含了泥的需要。
