上面是生成的log.txt文件，不知为何原理图中的引脚数是17而封装的管脚数是21，是官网的封装文件有问题吗？

Log114是VQFN的封装，引脚数应该是16而不是17或者21呢。正确的应该是16个引脚。
嗯 第17引脚是中间接地的 官网的那个LOG114.bxl文件经过Ultra Librarian转换后老是出错，提示引脚错误，我用的是Ultra Librarian 5.3.409版本，09版的Altium Designer 您能发我一个可用的LOG114的bxl文件吗
