OPA657能否+12V供电（单电源供电），反向端输入放大20mv的负信号，输出正信号。
可以的，如果需要处理交流信号的话，需要把offset调整下，一般是设定在电源轨中间VCC/2
直接放大是不行的，要先对输入信号处理一下，使之在合适的输入共模电压范围内，这样才能正常放大
需要在-20mv上加一个直流电压，抬到0-12v之间，再进行放大，
