举例3S1P, cell容量3000mAh，design voltage 12.6V，design capacity 3000mAh；
design capacity cWh = design capacity 3Ah* design voltage 12.6V=3780cWh
FCC是learning以后自动update，一开始参数设置的话可以和design capacity一样。
我的设计是7S4P，cell容量3350mAh。
design voltage的范围是0~5V。
