Control() 0x00/01寄存器是standard data command的一种，你可以把它理解为很多子命令（比如0x0021）的入口。在bqstudio里它的返回值是上面写入Control的子命令的返回值。
Control_Status是Control旗下的一条子命令sub command，返回指定标志位的状态。
