请问bq20z95充放电学习过了和刚写入数据有标志位区分吗？
cycle count 会+1
现在在使用时发现一个问题，就是我这个有的机器不能学习，已经充满了！放电一直为100%，需要重新写入数据，在初始化才好，这可能是因为什么呢！还有的是放空后需要充好久，比其他机器大概长二十分钟，才开始显示1%，后面就正常了
建议重新烧一下SENC试一下
