使用24170给两节串联的18650充电，ntc处焊接10K电阻代替，如果安装电池后，再接入9V电源，状态灯闪烁。在未接入电池的情况下插入9V电源，状态灯常亮，然后安装电池，状态灯还是常亮，但是电流很小，50mA左右，请问什么原因会造成这个现象？
