设备在关机状态下还有30uA的待机功耗，在关机状态下充电充满后就是电池供电，充电器一直插着的话，是下降100mv后就继续recharge充电吗？另外一个问题是，当达到截止电流后此电流需要持续多长时间充电通路才会断开？有其他的要求吗？如果瞬间电流下降有影响吗？

根据bq24045 datasheet，常温下，当检测到电池电压等于Voreg -0.095V时，启动recharge。
当检测到充电电流可靠等于截止电流后，充电电流马上关闭。
