BQ24296M最小输入电压3.9V，请问当输入为3.9V，不带电池，Vsys电压为多少？
降压电路工作还是bypass Mode？
如果此时降压电路工作，输出电流为1.5A时，请问转换效率为多少？
VSYS电压在3.6V左右。芯片工作在降压模式（芯片最大占空比可以支持到97%）。
效率估计在95%左右。
