从你的数据来看,感觉充放电的电流明显不对啊,请按照如下的步骤测试数据:
1. 设置数据采集间隔为4S,采集时间,电流,电压和温度.
2. 把电芯充饱至电流小于1C/100。
3. 静置两个小时.
4. 用0.1C的电流把电芯放电至2.9V左右。
5. 静置两到五个小时。
6. 把数据导入mathcad工具进行计算。
7. 采用多个电芯测试得到多组数据,找出最符合所有电芯的ID
你好,我用的是5300mah 3.7伏电压四节并联的锂电池,容量应该是20000mah。充电到小于1/100c,就是小于200ma应该满足了,是最终充电电流太小了吗?
0.1c放电,2000ma左右放电应该也没错啊?放到低于 2.5伏太低了吗?主要我不知道放电终止电压,我看gpcchem文档画的放到电压低于2.5伏了,这样不对吗?谢谢
其实要求就是尽可能地把电池充饱但是不能过充,你的充饱电压是接近4.3V,不确定你的电池是否是4.3V的电池,放电一般来讲放到3.0V就可以了,也有放到2.75V的。
另外,如果要做ID的话,其实没有必要一定要并联起来一起做,用单电芯来作就好了。另外需要注意一点就是电压用mV,电流用mA。
电池如果是3.7伏的,冲饱电压应该是比3.7伏稍多一点?需要先恒流再恒压,充到差不多了再涓流?例如3.9伏,4.3伏太高了吗?
