问题1：如上图所示，bq51050b的充电终止电流，在概念定义上ITERM-Th 和 ITermination有什么区别？
问题2：如上图所示，将TERM引脚悬空或者接地都是禁用此Termination功能？那么Rterm电阻是接地还是接电源？如果接地岂不成了禁用此功能了？
ITERM-TH是实际终止电流，通常为快充电流的1/10，Itermination是芯片本身设置的限制值。悬空是禁用，接地可以让termination的电流很小，但是由于offset不能到零。
