你好，之前我们电池包是采用3串磷酸铁锂18650电芯 pack方式，采用的是BQ24620+BQ40Z50-R1的方案， 

 现在新方案改为3串三元锂电芯 pack方式，满充电压是12.6V，而我们系统电源是12V，

 之前推荐的BQ24620电池充电芯片是buck芯片，无法给电池满充，

请问有没有能满足我们要求的电池充电芯片推荐呢？
