BQ76PL455A是以电压为判定标准吧，能否问下典型应用电路里面的被动均衡是否是在单节电池最高且快接近截止电压的时候进行均衡，还是在充电过程中实时检测，只要有哪节电池电压过高就立刻进行被动均衡？

还有BQ76PL455A的芯片如何进行烧录呢？是要外加IC进行控制吗？例如TMS570什么的？
