BQ29700 EVM 电池保护模块工作不正常

在贸泽上买了2块BQ29700 EVM，但是两块工作都不正常。问题简述如下：

简单的在CELL端接上3.8V的锂电池不接负载和充电电路，但是相对于VSS端口的电压，Dout端口只有0V，Cout端口为2.48V，V-为2.78V，这个工作状态时序图里面的Normal状态不一样，而是有点接近overdischarge.

另外该模块上TP6和TP4标识需对调的问题已知悉。
