如图所示。蓝色为驱动波形，绿色为管子的Vds电压，在开通时刻（标识1）驱动有震荡，在关断时刻（标识2）管子的Vds出现了震荡，震荡频率为70M左右，求分析原因，方便的话给出一些整改建议，十分感谢大家！
