BQ24070 不充电，Vref为3.83V左右，看手册上显示是3.3V。 电池电压为3.78V 。
经过测试，USB和电池切换正常，测试时CE直接接到USB电源上。
附上电路图，请高手看看。
连续装了3块板子都是同样的情况。折腾了几天了都没找到原因。

3.78V是偏出规格的，这个是芯片内部产生。
请问你的芯片是哪里买的？
淘宝上买的。难道这个还有假货？ 是因为这个参考电压过高导致无法充电吗？
这个电压过高时表象，芯片可能是坏的。
淘宝上伪劣假货芯片太多，建议你在TI网站上申请免费样片。或者找e洛盟小批量购买。
