PC能通过串口助手收发串口数据，该串口也是bq芯片与MCU连接的串口。但通过PC发送命令时，bq芯片无反应，发送带响应的命令也没有反应。请问是哪里出了问题
PC能够读到芯片吗，先确认芯片成功连接。

一般串口的波特率是115200 或者9600等， bq76pl455A 的默认通讯频率是250000，
需要用支持自定义波特率的串口软件通讯。
