请问BQ24090 在不接电池的情况下 输出电压应该为多少？4.2V吗？我怎么空载测是4V？正常吗？用万用表测的。ISET接1K下拉，ISET2接10K下拉，PRETERM接2K下拉。TS接10K下拉？ 用示波器测了下 是一个 高电平大概4.2V 低电平大概3.85V的方波，所以平均电压是4V。这是正常电压吗？可以给4.2V电池充电？
