最近需要帮老师做一个电源管理的项目，使用的是ZETA拓扑得使用到低压MOS管，以前都没有用过，有没有什么常用的型号推荐，最好是TI能提供样片的。
具体要求
ZETA拓扑：
输入：2.5-4.3V
输出：3.7V
输出电流：1A

可以直接用TI的升降压芯片，符合的产品非常多， 并不需要用到MOS：

选择12~20V的MOS就够用。
