在调试BQ24170过程中，当电池电压大于3.5V左右时，可以充电，但电流达不到Iset设定值，此时去掉C209和C213，充电电流会增大，但仍然达不到设定值；当电池电压小于3.5V时，无法充电，STAT脚上的LED闪烁，原理图如下：
充电电流设置太大了吧，2.75A。输入电流设置才1.8A。
