求助，BQ24610出现芯片发热的现象。

其余功能，限流，调整电压，都可以实现，但芯片随充电电流越大发热越严重，已经烧坏了好几片了。上下MOS管栅极波形也看了，是正常的。但芯片空载时vcc输入电流达到25mA,充电电流0.7A时VCC上有50mA的电流，随之快速升温直至烧坏或保护。原理图检查没有什么问题，器件也检查过了。有人遇到过这种情况吗？
