看BQ25570的资料，关于启动过程和MPPT的关系有些疑惑：
1）资料中明确表述，MPPT的更新周期为16s，更新时会关闭charger 256ms。
2）启动过程，无论是冷启动还是电池启动，都提到当VSTOR达到VSTOR_CHGEN后到会关闭charger 32ms用来做下一个周期的MPPT采样
为什么同样是为了MPPT的采用，关闭Charger的时间会不同？启动开始的时候MPPT会有效吗？
亲；更新和关闭是两个不同的逻辑操作。关闭要简单的多。

单就关闭来说，也存在两个不同的关闭时间32ms和256ms，为什么要用两个不同的关闭时间呢？
MPPT的工作逻辑是个什么样子？特别是启动的时候。
