Dear Mr engineer:

         I am sorry to bother you. I bought an ADS1299EEGFE-PDK about 3 months ago. When I use it first time today, there is something wrong with it. As requested, my computer installed the windows XP system and the ADS1299EEG-FE.exe was installed. The wizard has finished installing the software for MMB0(NI-VISA).At the same time, I choose +2.5V,-2.5V and +1.8V as analog supply. So far there is nothing wrong. But when I run the software ADS1299EEG-FE.exe, “Download failed..reset the hardware” is shown. And then I press the button “reset” on the board again and again, there are nothing different happen. And it is strange that the ADS1299 is a little hot.  So I want to know why my ADS1299EEGFE-PDK could not work. Look forward to your reply. Best wish to you.

    在成功安装ads1299eeg-fe.exe之后，运行能够安装MMB0的驱动，可就是打开软件提示 Download failed..reset the hardware ，整个开发套件的电压测试没有问题，ad芯片微热，想知道是什么原因造成的

     您好！我现在正在使用TI公司的产品ADS1299EEGFE-PDK，在使用过程中出现了不能运行的情况，向您咨询一下。按照要求，我在xp系统上安装了配套上位机ADS1299EEG-FE，并成功安装了MMB0和USBStyx的驱动。将ADS1299EEGFE-PDK板连接至电脑，运行ADS1299EEG-FE软件，界面右上角会显示硬件已连接、DSP已工作等信息。然后右上角就会显示 “读寄存器”，此时process进度条会慢慢加载到100%，这个过程耗时约10分钟。当process为100%时，无法在此界面进行其他操作，例如无法得知“寄存器图”的内容，全显示为空，甚至在操作的时候出现“未响应”。这种情况是什么原因造成的呢？我又该怎样做呢？期待您的回复。
