你好我在使用ADS8364进行采样，输入有电压的情况下，采到的数据一直为0，经过各种排除，最后怀疑8364可能损坏，请问该如何检测AD是否正常工作
仅仅输出为零，不能判断芯片损坏，有无测量各个电压引脚是否正常，电路是参考demo板设计的吗？硬件电路和软件程序都有可能导致输出不正常。
以前用板子的时候的时候是好的，最近又开始使用，一直采不到。程序也用的是以前的的程序。可以从AD某些引脚的输出信号来判断吗
