ADC0804与单片机之间的光耦接法

如图， 在ADC0804和单片机之间用了光耦，  这个图在proteus里仿真时， 程序没问题， 但是光耦有问题，  Proteus里没有TLP521, 用线性光耦或4N25替代时， 均出现原边导通，次边无法拉低的情况，  请大家指点一下我的电路图， 看看光耦能不能这么用。

不知这是我光耦接法的问题还是Proteus的问题？　谢谢大家！
