PGA设置为16，测量范围为±0.256V，1mv的电压是没有问题的。不过为了保证精度，建议前端加放大电路

我还有个问题，刚刚实际测试发现采集1.05V电压时，万用表读数1.051V，adc采集计算后为1.0505V
采集另一个电压时万用表读数1.537V，而ADC为1.53325V，这是怎么回事，这是我万用表的问题吗
这个不好说，你再找个万用表试试，或者找个稳定的基准测试一下吧

这个范围精度最高的就是LM4132A-1.8了，0.05%精度，勉强能精确到1mV
