项目中到DS25BR100器件，其功能用于LVDS信号整形，但使用过程中发现信号传输速率只能到1.6Gps(信号是双边沿测试，频率是速率的一般)，输入输出没有外挂端接电阻，使用芯片内部端接电阻，信号源的速率为3Gps。请问这样的用法符合器件使用规范吗？信号的传输速率受哪些地方影响？
传输速率和cable的长度有关。 datasheet中有关于cable长度 VS data rate的波形图，可以参考一下。
另外，使用内部端接100ohm匹配电阻没问题，这样既减少了零件数，同样也减小了板子空间，比外部端接更方便。
