TUSB4041电脑显示未识别设备

我用TUSB4041设计了一块一带四的USB hub，上行端口暂时从四个焊点引出40cm左右的USB2.0线缆，连接到电脑上显示未识别设备，提示设备可能不能正常工作，请问正常工作的话，电脑设备管理器中会显示出什么设备呢，寄存器配置未改动过？另外，上行端线缆长度有限制吗，只要符合USB2.0规范就可以？
