我有一款采用LM3409HV制作的DC-DC电源（前面接AC-DC电源），用于面板灯（该面板灯要求接地）。在测试FCC过程中面板灯外壳不接地，
传导有11-12DB余量，接地后150KHz处超标13-14dB ，这种情况怎样处理呀，请问哪位大神可以支援一下，在下深表感激！

AC-DC电源是别家的已经认证过的电源，没法加Y电容，只能改DC-DC电源，请问哪些位置可能改一下有所作用啊？
