开关机是否需遵守上下电时序？
在低功耗和唤醒时，要满足时序要求，芯片的电源需加MOS控制开关？

还是一定得用MCU的IO口输出？

1. 7.3.1 Start-Up Powering VDDD and VDDA must be tied together and turned on first. VDDIO must be turned on at the same time as VDDD or later. In the power-off sequence VDDIO must be turned off before VDDD or at the same time.
