从朋友那搞一块LM3447 空DEMO板，按TI《LM3447_PAR_230V》资料贴装元件，输出电压稳定，输出电源只有2mA。后来换了颗IC出现输出负载不稳，Vcc9-13.8V跳变，负载亮灭跳变，请问各位此现象是什么原因造成？
