LMR14030输出电压异常

按照典型应用搭建了一个简易电路，输出电感为33uH，空载时输出电压5V正常，在负载端介入16Ω/5W水泥电阻作为负载，输出基本为0V，测试RT/SYNC引脚对地接了47K贴片电阻，测试该引脚对地电压，电压幅值小于1V，频率仅为10多K，与规格书上波形完全不符，求解。
