UCC283输出不正常？

按手册典型电路连接，CT引脚接了一个10uF电容。R1=1K，R2=3K，这样输出应该是5V左右。

但是现象是，空载：输入为5.3~9之间时，输出为3.5~6.0。负载1K时，输入为5.3~9之间时，输出为0.85~1.47。很不正常！

作如下尝试：

给CT加一个N型MOS管，现象一样。

把CT直接短接，现象一样。。。

这是为什么？芯片是坏的？
