请问能用非隔离DCDC模块输出负3.3V吗？

我想使用TI的电源模块PTR08060W（输入4.5V~14V转0.6V~5.5V  6A电流能力）产生一个-3.3V（2A）。

能否将Vin直接连接-5V使得Vout输出-3.3V

还是将Vin连接+5V，Vout连Gnd，使得Gnd管脚输出-3.3V（相当于DCDC将+8.3V转为3.3V）

请问一下这两种方案有可以实现输出-3.3V（2A）能力的吗？
