DC-DC芯片TPS53219A配合 CSD86350Q5D，已经出现4个CSD86350Q5D损坏的问题，其中两个引起PCB起火，损坏的CSD86350Q5D芯片VIN管脚与VSW短路。 我生产了2K的产品中只有4个出现了问题，虽然概率很低，但是起火是大问题，我认为电路和芯片质量本身是没有问题的，想问CSD86350Q5D有概率问题引起起火吗？TPS53219A有什么问题?还是我使用TPS53219A搭配CSD86350Q5D不适合？谢谢！
