图片在附件里面，问题一：UCC28019芯片里面计算Cout电容值的时候有计算那个什么电容率,Tholduuup=1/fline(min)，这个fline(min)是什么哇，我看手册

应用反推回去是47HZ,所有的应用电路都是取这个值吗？？

                            问题二：手册里面那个VAC(ON)和VAC(OFF)各表示什么电压？？看不懂那个参数！！！！
