TPS23861PW芯片高压烧坏问题？

我用48V的适配器不断上电下电，TPS23861PW芯片正常工作，一旦换用56V的适配器上电几次就挂啦。3.3V击穿啦。3.3V到GND的阻值为35R左右。

疑问：

1.规格书上面说VPWR可以达到70V，为什么56V就会挂掉？

2.3.3V击穿是不是VPWR串过去的，导致3.3V击穿？
