在电源启动时，输出电压一般为0。采集输出电压反馈进入反馈环的话会一直输出最大占空比，这样在输出达到理想值时电感电流会很大，形成输出电压过冲。 所谓soft start，一般就是在芯片侧连个电容，启动时对电容缓慢充电，用电容上电压作为REF，从而使得启动时输出波形平滑。
