从波形上看,你的电路工作不稳定,估计是器件参数不匹配或者PCB Layout导致的.
1. 检查实际贴的器件参数和原理图是否一致.
2. 检查PCB Layout的电源和地的走线是否过长
建议优化PCB Layout.
