用UC3842做降压PFC只能降到100V吗？

最近用UC3842做一个降压PFC，原来打算降到70V-80V左右，但现在只降到100V到120V之间，再怎么也降不下去了，请问这种降压电路理论能降到多少V呢？谢谢。
