LDO的高温老化实验问题请教（TPS736xx)

这个应该是没问题的，但是，实际如何，只有实际试验完才能知道。毕竟是在打芯片参数的擦边球，而且，影响性能的原因也还有很多的。

不建议这样做

因为过温可能会照成不可逆的影响

一般不建议您超过温度范围使用，就算当时的芯片看起来没影响，也不保证对以后也没影响的，

个人经验来看，以前做过这种老化试验，并且是车载品，而且做完试验结果ok

请问老化的时候是带电老化的吗？如果是，不建议这样做。
