输入 60V、 200mA ，输出3.3V-5V; 通过一个上升沿激活电源；就像唤醒低功耗MCU一样。
找了一下，似乎没有（也可能没有找到），通常电源都是enable启动的。
或者你可以找有唤醒功能的芯片，能否呼唤后输出高电平来启动电源芯片。
