LM27403低温下空载和带载不稳定

高温和常温正常，做低温的时候空载和带载电压都不稳，标称输出1.2V，电压波动范围0-2V无规律波动。测量驱动波形好像进入了打嗝模式，我的D+和D-电流监测没有使用，悬空着。后来按照案例给的方法给电流监测端加了三极管SS8050再测试，现象一样。

没有头绪了，难道低温45度下芯片工作不正常了，请求帮助。谢谢
