TPS61089升压输出不对

我用TPS61089做了个升压电路，参数按照datasheet计算，应该输出5V电压，其中一路开始时输出5V，但是现在突然输出9-10V电压，另一路一样电路，现在还是输出5V，请问这种情况是芯片烧了，还是其他原因

输入是3.8V，目前一直是空载测试，还没有加负载
